For schools and other educational institutions, payment by cheque is possible. Please note, however, that the order will not be processed until the cheque has been received and cleared.
For all of our customers we offer the ability to direct credit into our nominated bank account. Deposits should be made within three working days of order being placed. If payment is not received within this time frame your order maybe cancelled. When making direct credit payments please enter your surname and order number as the reference.
Shipping times within New Zealand allow up to ten (10) working days from confirmation of order.
Outside of New Zealand allow up to 15 working days from confirmation of order.
Goods will be dispatched through New Zealand Post using the standard postage service. The weight and size of your purchase and your location is used to calculate the cost using standard New Zealand Post postage charges. Please contact us directly if you have any special shipping requirements.

Goods are normally dispatched within ten (10) working days of confirmation of order (receipt of payment).
